Life is a series of transitions and changes. Some transitions can be exhilarating and bring you joy, while others may feel overwhelming and uncertain. During these periods, therapy can be a resource to help you navigate the changes and find a sense of stability, growth, and self-discovery.

Even when transitions are positive or bring you closer to your goals, they can stir up grief, confusion, or experiences from the past.
